Make A Difference Day |
Maybe it’s a day of picking up some litter, maybe
you volunteer time to help fix up a building
through carpentry or painting, or maybe you
present events, crafts, and informational
displays. It really doesn’t matter what you do as
long as you do something for your community. For
the past 9 years the
Plouffe School has been the location for
Make A Difference Day in Brockton. A day
of “Neighbors Helping Neighbors”.

Plymouth County Children's Advocacy Center |
Community building takes partnerships,
philanthropists, and leadership. In 1998
The Plymouth County DA’s Office helped
organize and found the Plymouth County Children’s’
Advocacy Center and since that time has assisted
over 3,000 children in our area. Through the
joint effort of the DAs Office, the philanthropy
of Jack Conway, and the resources of
BAMSI a new
larger dedicated location was built for our youth.

"45 School Street" Promo
with Mayor Harrington |
You see him attending & participating in dozens of
events per week. On One North Main you’ve seen
him throw baseballs, you’ve seen him ride
bicycles, and you’ve even been personally toured
through his office when Mayor James Harrington
gave you a view inside his “Crib”.
Well now Mayor Harrington is taking it to the next
step by assembling his very own program called “45
School Street”.

Principal for a Day |
Through
the
Brockton Educational Foundation's "Principal
for a Day” local business leaders are presented
the chance to see first hand, from an
administrator’s view, the effort it takes to make
the Brockton Public School System an award winning

follow guest John Costa, Jr. during his
visit at
Brookfield School and
their “Principal for a Day”.
