BCA Summer Video Camp

Brockton Community Access unveils its newest undertaking, a summer video camp presented in Cooperation with the Mayor’s Office and MY TURN.  This six week program brings middle school students to BCA to learn the basics of video production and we present you the kick off event held recently at City Hall.

Juneteenth

Often on One North Main we try to bring you cultural events and celebrations from flag days to festivals to showcase the diversity that makes Brockton the City of Champions.  This time on One North Main we present an event held at the Brockton Public Library to recognize “Juneteenth”, an even to celebrate the day that the Emancipation Proclamation was first read in Texas

Summer Concert Series 2006

Brockton is a city built on traditions and this summer another Brockton Tradition keeps musically rolling along as once again the “Mayor’s Summer Concert” series will delight Thursday nights this summer across a six week run of performances.

Returns to Brockton

A native of Massachusetts and no stranger to Brockton, the one time American Idol standout Ayla Brown once again comes to Brockton to sing before a crowd at Campanelli Stadium and One North Main was able to get a few words from Ayla about the last year of her hectic life and what the future holds.
