Memorial Day Parade

1NM proudly presents portions of this year's Memorial Day Parade which included representatives from the armed forces, Brockton Police Department, Brockton Fire Department, Brockton High Scool Band, and many more.

 

Etonic Lofts

Part of the City's downtown revitalization plan is to have housing available in downtown itself.  We present the groundbreaking ceremony  for The Etonic Lofts which is to be located downtown in the former Etonic Shoe Factory next to the BAT Terminal and Police Department.

 

Metro South Chamber of Commerce "Small Business Awards"

The Metro South Chamber of Commerce recently held its annual "Small Business Awards" emceed my Steve Hall of Mass Electric.  This year's entrepreneur of the year was Charles Bernard, Owner of the DJ Experience and the Small Business Award was presented to Richard Hassler, CEO of Brockton's own Duplitron.

Graduation Highlights

Highlights from 138th Annual Commencement Exercises held for Brockton High School.  The highlights include speakers BHS Principal Dr. Susan Szachowicz, BPS Superintendent Joseph Bage, and Mayor John T. Yunits, Jr.  In addition we present portions of the speeches by 2004 Class President Katie Weathers and Class Speaker Justin Kelly.

 

Armond Colombo: Brockton Rotary Salutes

The Brockton Rotary Club hosted a tribute to Brockton High Coach and Teacher Armond Colombo.  The event was Emceed by Ed Emond (who played for Colombo when he was at Archbishop Williams) with guest speakers Ken McAfee and Brent Warren, two former players from Brockton High.
